Take yesterday, for example - we got a great offer on a Dell T110-II server, with a top spec and 3 year warranty, selling for just £650 + VAT. Fortunately, we knew of a customer looking for a second-hand server, and as it turned out, it would be better value for him to purchase a brand new server with this offer than reconditioning a 3 year old Dell.

So, within the hour, we'd matched customer to offer, and the server arrived today. Next week, we'll head on site, install and commission the server and I'm confident the customer will be delighted - not least because he has a brand new high spec micro server for no more than he expected to pay for a reconditioned server.
